Creative Arts Therapy

The Creative Arts Therapy Group is an opportunity to explore your creative self, to relax, to ‘recharge’ and to discover new ways of expressing yourself through a variety of art mediums.

It is not about being an artist. Rather, it is about learning and understanding more about yourself by engaging in a creative process. It can for example, help you to achieve insights into your personal situations, to resolve inner conflicts, to relieve stress and anxiety, and to increase self esteem.

Each group with the maximum of 8 members is held once a month, for 2 – 2 1/2 hours, for 6 months. Commitment to all six sessions is required. All materials will be provided.

Groups are open to all who feel they may benefit, regardless of any previous art, counselling or therapy experience. It provides a safe, comfortable and confidential environment.
